Now that the deal with Mongoose is in place, is it possible to do resin Prime Directive and or Traveller character minis?

Shawn, Mongoose has said those don't sell well.

You know, no one has done good Star Fleet and Klingons/ Romulan officers and troops miniatures very well, ever. They might be more collectable than they think.
Even in standard SFU uniforms which are from slightly different to very different they could sell to more than just gamers since there is no other alternative... that I'm aware of.
Their SFU/Trek feel must be distinct, however.

I can agree with that. I have most of the heritage models ones and they were not very good, and I have all of the FASA minis and they weren't very good either. My other gripe with FASA where that they were movie era (Star Trek 2). I have a bunch of the Games Workshop ones, and they were not so hot either. The sculpts make them look heavy set or like body builders and they were from ST:TMP so they have the worst possible uniforms.

Yeah, we need TOS/SFU guys (and gals).

Hmm, I know its kinda bringing up the ghost of a dead horse. But I suppose with shapeways being the place for new miniature ships, it may be the place to release new miniatures for the RPGs if anyone does want to work on them.

I've actually done some preliminary work on some and I think the plan is to roll something out first quarter of 2021.
