This is probably a stupid question, but what are the red (filled in) weapons marked SEN on the ship card for the Sector Base?

Also, is there an index somewhere of all the ships added in Communique ...

Oh, I wouldn't necessarily want any more info than is in the rulebooks. Some of the descriptions already contain info such as the ships role and general launch date. I think they all have nice picture ...
