I never realized this until now. Most of the volleys against cruisers either did 11-19 pts or blew right through the shield, so we were all of the opinion it was 1 per 10. ... |

well, I voted for the D5W anyway...but is this Fleet Scale or Squadron Scale? It actually makes a difference. The advantages of the D5W get muted a bit at Fleet Scale.
