I'm considering playing (8B122) The Lone Grey Wolf solo against a robot Kzinti player; how much do you think I should spot the Kzinti in force advantage (thinking of replacing the C8 Kang with a C7).

Beyond the Hydrans, I'd only want to see other hybrid-carrier fleets (Hivers, Souldra etc) get fighters in the vanilla game.

There are robot ship rules on the website, although I've not tried them out. Also there are a number of 1-player scenarios (does anyone have a list of those, bt the way?)

My only problem with fighters and gunboats is that they would never find a crew. As attrition units they die so quickly you would have to be demented to step into one. Half the mission reports I read ...

Be thankful you don't have to fit the Klingon phaser arcs on there too...
