per phaser? per volley? or per impulse?

and is half damage carried over or immediately dropped?

If an enemy ship sends Marines over to Capture a ship after the crew evacuates does the ship self destruct anyway or do the Marines have a chance to capture the ship?

Do you roll for void cloaking if you move more than two hexes in any one impulse or is it automatic?
