Turn modes go from A to F
They identify how many spaces forward/slip a ship moves before it can turn ---
-------------------- A B C D E F
Speed 8 ---------1 2 2 2 3 3
Speed 16 -------2 3 3 4 5 5
Speed 24 -------4 4 5 5 6 7
Normally go up by Class FF/A DD/B CL/C CA/D DN/E BB/F
but Empire related designs can raise the Mode one level higher than a ship of another empire in the same class ---
In FC with set speed rates, you have closer relation in empires than in SFB, which allowed a wider variety of speeds --- |

The Klingon Battlecruiser has a B! I guess that's what makes the Saber Dance work so well! _________________ "The good of the many outweighs the good of the few"

One thing that makes the Klingon Saber Dance work so well is the weapons arcs ---
Especially the later ships with FH arcs on the Disrupters --- |

Not quite. The C7 has the wider disruptor arcs.
The D5 in Klingon Attack has the wider disruptor arcs, too. _________________
