If an enemy ship sends Marines over to Capture a ship after the crew evacuates does the ship self destruct anyway or do the Marines have a chance to capture the ship?
If a ship evacuates its crew, does this includes his Marines?
If so, does the evacuating ship gain the extra Marines?
If not, do the Marines defend against enemy Marine capture attempts on the evacuated ship? |

No, the ship self-destructs. There is no chance to "cancel".

Yes.

Yes.
Basically, if you evacuate to a friendly ship, that ship gets your marines add to its own. If you evacuate to an enemy ship, your marines surrender and are captured with the evacuating crew.
