I know there are supposed to be other HA threads, but either I can't find them or they're old. So I'm starting a new one
I love the product. I like the double-sided counters; at first I had my reservations because the way in which I store my counters [by race] means that the different terrain counters - the asteroids, the Nebula markers etc. - will be spread throughout my storage bags. But it's a good way to put more in the package. And hey, I look forward to fighting in jellybean asteroid fields
Nice mix of ships, too.
My first question relates to the Stinger 'cards' on the main Hydran ship cards. What's the purpose of the three boxes marked with a sort of black 'thickening' just behind the 'cockpit' box?
Secondly, why is Booster 26 called 'Battle Without Hope'? And where do the names for similarly-named boosters come from? Battle for Zulu Station? What's all that about, then? _________________

Well, boosters have titles sometimes to refer to specific scenarios.
Battle Without Hope was the scenario in Communique #47.
Other than that, they could be ideas that the power that be have in their heads for upcoming products or more of the SFU history. _________________ O.G. OPTIMUS

These boxes represent the "crippled" status.
Ten boxes, seven square and three octagonal boxes.
Mark damage on the normal boxes first and when only hte octagonal ones remain, your Stinger is crippled. _________________ Commander, Battlegroup Murfreesboro

Ah, I wondered if it would be something like that for the Stingers. Thanks Tony.
And thanks OG about the scenarios. Wondered if someone had written it....I know what it is, I didn't look too closely at the Comm 47 scenario because I could see it had Hydran Attack ships in it. Couldn't play it at the time, but now I can. Heh _________________

If you want a Hydran scenario to play... look no farther then CL 40. Jean (Webmom) Sexton has written a Hydran scenario that even I can get behind... _________________ Commander, Battlegroup Murfreesboro
