Is it correct that (barring a HET opportunity for Plasma or Drones) a seeking weapon may not turn or sideslip on the first subpulse on which it is eligible to move?
In other words, are the Turn and Sideslip modes of Seeking Weapons zero upon launch? _________________ Jim Dauphinais, Chesterfield, MO

Yes, can't cite the rule number, but seekers must move straight ahead on their first move barring any mandatory HET. |

I suppose also it can not move at all if already in the target hex (launch at range 0 and target dont move this sub-pulse). |

Drone will move whether or not the target does -- considering it is already at range 0 --- move will just consist of impacting --
No need for turn/slip/HET as the target would be directly in front of the seeking weapon when launched -- |

The rule for the "first hex straight ahead" is (2C3b). _________________
