Hi there!
I ordered my first Hotzmat on Dec 26th (Which is in the middle of horrid rush for Eric Hotz, I totally understand). I was wondering if anyone had any idea about how long it takes to make a deep space mat (Half size)?
This may sound impatient, but it isn't: I use a PO Box which is across town (I live in Denver, so across town is about 30 minutes). The post office has a habit of returning my boxes after a week on the shelf (I don't know why they do it, either...), so I have to check many times a week if I know I'm getting a package. So for the last two weeks, I've been driving an hour to check two to three times a week and nada... I emailed Eric and he hasn't really responded, so I figure he's really REALLY swamped (Which is good news! ), anyway, folks with experience with Hotzmats; help me judge my travel better: about how long did it take for you folks to get mats? _________________

I do not know what the avaresge wait is but I can tell you how long my wait was. I ordered my mat 2nd week of June hoping I would have for a demo I was running on Labor Day. I got my mat the 1st week of November. I tried several time to contact him by email and the online responce I got was a voicemail in French.
Now I have my.mat and love it but that was a incredible long wait. _________________ -Dal

Ah... well, 5 months of going to the post office three times a week would probably get under my skin (Not to mention I'd pay many times more in gas than I did for the mat!)
Here's to hoping that it arrives before GenCon... in August... o.O _________________

I thought of getting one too. But I opted for the deluxe map.
Aabh, did you get the map you ordered? |
