|
|
I noticed on the ship cards, the disruptors hit on 1-6 at range 1. On the master weapon chart and in the (Rev 6) rule book, they hit on a 1-5.
Which chart is correct? |

Disruptors hit on a 1-5 at range 1 (and range 2).
Disruptors hit on a 1-6 at range 0. _________________

There are not any weapon charts on ship cards?
Are you looking at SFB ships which I think have weapon charts on them? |

Some of the low-toner ship cards (made by a fan, not ADB) have the charts on them, but I didn't think there were any Klingon cards of that type posted. _________________

We downloaded the D5 from Starfleetcommand.com in the resource files (full page). |

Actaully, it was from federation commander [dot] com and you found it in the Commanders Circle resources section.
That D5 was one of the hybrid cards for both SFB and Fed Comm.
If you play Star Fleet Battles, then you use the entire sheet. If you want to use it for Federation Commander, then you only use the right half of the sheet.
That lay-out is ADBs way of getting more product into each Captain's Log.
Rather than use a page for the SFB version and another page forhte FC version, they used the hybrid format.
If you're using the D5 for Federaiton Commander, then use the weapon charts that come with that game system and all will be well. _________________ Commander, Battlegroup Murfreesboro

Yeah. Didn't the FedCom charts roll in all the SFB rules crunch of UIMs, and DERFACS, and TOOMANYREFITS? _________________

Actually, they did the reverse, and left them all out. The photon and disruptor charts are bare bones without any of those systems.
Now, it is the case that the ships themselves are fully refitted*. So, the Klingon D7 in FC is the D7K in SFB.
[*] OK, not completely. All drone racks are "Type-A" or "Type-G", in spite of any Y175 refits. Obviously, there is no UIM refit. Things like that. But, ignoring these minor exceptions, the ships are fully refitted. _________________

Sorry. My bad.
It's been a few years since the charts were in front of me with any kind of frequency. _________________

No problem. You asked a question, and I answered it. _________________
