Hi Again,
One more question before lunch is over. Why are bases so far down the Order of Precedence as per 2A5? I mean, if the rotation of a base (which is constant and regular) is known to all parties then bases should be making game moves first shouldn't they?

They just do. Honestly, as you point out, I don't think it matters, as you can't change your rotation rate in a scenario, so there is nothing there that will could possibly be a surprise. I think it is just that way for historical (history of the game, not in-game history) reasons. No reason to change it, as I don't think it really matters. _________________

I wouldn't think Rotation is Movement, per say.
i.e. If mines were in FC, it wouldn't cause one to detonate.
But the best to put the action was in the Movement segment. |
