Are the 2 drone boxes on the Armed Cutter (Ship Card #45) filled with anti-drones? Can regular drones be there instead? _________________ Mike

On the ship card itself, they are Federation-style drone racks, and therefore have four anti-drone rounds and two drones loaded. This is a fixed load. They use the normal Federation-style drone rules (4G9).
Do remember that plasma empires replace the drone racks with standard plasma racks (one LS, one RS). Empires without drones or plasma replace the drone racks with Ph-2s (one LS, one RS). _________________

Okay, I understand it now. Thanks!
But what if it is an Armed Cutter for a different empire? Same thing? _________________ Mike

If the cutter is from any drone using empire, it works as shown with the Federation-style drone racks. (Just because they are called Federation-style does not mean they are restricted to the Federation.) _________________

There were hundreds of these things around the galaxy and if you want to use standard 4-drone/0-ADD racks, knock yourself out. _________________ The Guy Who Designed Fed Commander
