Ok, I looked at this a little better this time. You only need a complete Border/Space Set and Communiques. This way, anyone with the full basic game can play. THE DUELs require the opponent Player to think like a Klingon, Romulan, or Orion. And that's necessary for playing the rest of the Scenarios.
Let me know if you see any out of order. Like a Romulan Scenario before the Romulan DUEL. But I think I've got it right.

Also, an easy way to find the Communique is to highlight the line of the scenario.
The number, name, and Communique number, and right-click what's highlighted.
Then click 'Search for...' and it will take you to a Search.
One of the first listed should be the Communique that you're looking for. _________________ Check out my Turn Sequence Checklist in the Play Aids section of the Commander's Circle. |

This campaign structure looks incredibly well thought out and immersive, especially for Federation Commander fans looking to add a narrative element to their gameplay. The inclusion of both Klingon and Romulan scenarios ensures variety and keeps players engaged with different strategic approaches. Switching between players or utilizing Robot Rules adds flexibility, making it accessible for groups or solo play.
The progression seems logical, with training scenarios easing players into the mechanics before diving into more complex missions. Including iconic setups like The Mighty Hood Goes Down and The Planet Killer shows a great balance between homage to Starfleet lore and tactical challenges. The thematic breaks between seasons are a nice touch, giving players time to reflect and reset before jumping back into the action. Sprunki Game |

Thanks! I appreciate your feedback.
I have reworked this a bit and need to go through it one more time before I post the newer version of it. This one here has several scenarios that wouldn't work well with one or other of the opponents.
I'm thinking about posting it before Christmas. _________________ Check out my Turn Sequence Checklist in the Play Aids section of the Commander's Circle. |

Thank you for sharing this well-structured "seasonal" event schedule! I find the organization quite thoughtful, with several notable strengths:
1. The training scenarios are excellently arranged, starting with basics and progressively building up, allowing newcomers to grasp game mechanics step by step.
2. The variety of opposing forces (Klingons, Romulans, Orion Pirates) adds great diversity and challenge to the gameplay experience.
3. Including rest weeks between seasons is a considerate touch, giving players time to digest and prepare.
4. The scenario selection strikes a nice balance between classic storylines (like "The Mighty Hood Goes Down") and tactical challenges.
One small suggestion: Have you considered adding estimated play times for each scenario? This could help players better plan their sessions.
Looking forward to seeing your updated version before Christmas! |

Thank you!
I don't have any estimated times for the scenarios. That would have the be figured by the authors of the scenario. One or two hours is planned for most scenarios, I'd think.
I've put most of my game design on hold while I'm back in school. Maybe during Spring Break I could finish the "updated" version. It's different with all of the scenarios being in Klingon Border/Space, Romulan Border/Space, or Communiques on the website. I wanted anyone with a full set and access to the website to be able to use it. Still adding to it, tho. _________________ Check out my Turn Sequence Checklist in the Play Aids section of the Commander's Circle. |
