Hmm, I took a look at the 4PW thread on the legacy board, can't see it being worthwhile except maybe as a scenario module.

This is assuming the Lancer is in Distant Kingdoms or one of the coincident boosters. The only "pre-war" designs which look relevant are the Hydran Cuirassier and the Horseman/Traveller class. Oh, and maybe one of those Kzinti DD things. I can almost certainly live without these, especially the HR & TR. I'll admit to being curious about the Cuirassier - I never rated it at all in SFB, is that lack of respect fair in FC?

I'm hoping Distant Kingdoms and its boosters give us the basic FF/DD/CW/CA/CC/BCH/DN classes, and the Lyran DWs, perhaps we will have to wait for the NCA/CCHs, the Lyran MPs, and the Hydran DWs.

Ok so I know this is an old thread and the product is out already but I had not yet seen the cover (no pick in the web store).

I have to say it almost makes me wish I had bought KB first so I would have had an excuse to buy RA just for this cover!
