Hey guys. I've been pumping out tons of Orion Attack-related art lately, and I wanted to share some of the Booster covers with you. Let me know what you think:

The raider with the winged skull motif, any Crimson Sky influence there? _________________ NOLI UMQUAM VIM TURBARUM STULTORUM DEPRETIARE.

Once again, very nice. I like the tiger-striped Orion and the blue one with "ABANDON ALL HOPE" on it (with the traditional skull and cross-bones enblem too). |

Honestly, nope. It's just a design I thought would look cool on a pirate ship. _________________ The innocent shall suffer...BIG TIME. |

Well, I obviously painted the OK6 "Conquest" incorrectly.
Awesome work as always. I love the varied color schemes. It makes each Pirate Captain seem an individual, rather than a small part of a greater whole as in the Racial Navies. I love it. _________________ Commander, Battlegroup Murfreesboro

Simply wonderful. I will second Scoutdad's comments about the varied color schemes. They're quite different, and yet you can tell they're somewhat "allied". _________________ O.G. OPTIMUS

Awesome, as-always.
The "Abandon All Hope" is inspired though. I *have* to do that on one of my minis. _________________

The Conquest was repainted by the Orions at least once a year and was sold from one cartel to another at least four times. So whatever your paint scheme, it's probably right. _________________ The Guy Who Designed Fed Commander

Nice to see an appearance by the Gorns, or have they been commandeered by the Orions? |

I am pretty sure the 'empire' ships are police units. _________________ NOLI UMQUAM VIM TURBARUM STULTORUM DEPRETIARE.

LDR! Woo!
(Wish I could remember which county the other Lyran ship was - and whether said county had a reason to be near LDR space or no...) _________________ FC Omega Discussion (v3)

Gary, the other Lyran appears to have the "Dark Star" county markings, so yes... it would have a reason to be near the LDR. _________________ Commander, Battlegroup Murfreesboro

If it's Dark Star, it's due a new paint job...
(Were MP ships even in service when Dark Star was still around as either a feudal county or as the DDSC?) _________________ FC Omega Discussion (v3)

Do you know how much a fusion-coated paint job costs? Even on something as small as a MPol)?
According to the MSIT, the Lyran (Dark Star, or even DDSC) Pol has a YIS of 12. The LDR POL has a YIS of 163 and the MP in 166. That means the prototype could have seen service as early as 164... so they could both have been around simultaneously.
But then again, in Federation Commander there is no timeline... so it's all good. _________________ Commander, Battlegroup Murfreesboro

Good job Adam. Maybe too good according to my wife. |
