Just saw this picture http://www.trekmania.net/art/tosmir2.jpg I sure wish we could get this as a miniature. I know it is close to the frigate but the saucer is really cool looking.

FASA did indeed produce a miniture of the Miranda for their Star Trek Starship Tactical Combat Game. I have 2 or 3 of them that have been converted into SFB style DDXs.
