Basically just plasticard and plastic rod, though I haven't built anything in over 10 years now. After building all that I did,I just couldn't face making anything else. I might try and put together a pic or two of everything I've done,if I can get it all into the viewfinder. _________________ Federal Republic of Aurora fleet builder.

Quite impressive. From the group shot, if you had told me they were classic FASA metal minis, I wouldn't have doubted you - very well done. The Loknar and Larsons in particular had me fooled.
There is another gent here on this board who scratches his own minis using card, etc. He does his at about half-scale to the ADB minis. _________________

Now,this ship seems to be quite familiar to a lot of you.
The original Warbird model from '79. We had to hand paint our 'birds' then.
The newer,'bigger' version

Again, great work. It's pretty impressive how close you got your plastic builds to the "real thing". With such a consistent paint job on both, they probably look identical at gaming distances. _________________
