|
|
So I just purcahsed FC:Romulan Border and was reading the rule book to compare it to what I remember from SFB. I reach the cloaking section and under (5P3c) it says the effect for being fully cloaked is to add 4 to the range and reduce weapon damage by %50. However in the example given under (5P3b) it says that a Federation frigate could fire during the fade out period at a Romulan ship for the +4 to range or if it fired after the ship was fully cloaked the penalty would be (range * 2) + 4 (which is very close to the formula used in SFB). So which is it for the period of full cloak?
(range * 2) + 4 and damage reduced by %50.
or
range + 4 and damage reduced by %50. |

There is no doubling of range. That is a typo in the example. _________________
