Quick question that came up in a game last night while playing scenario 8E The Iridima Convoy. Its a fairly tight area to fly in and the question came up - are half hexes valid to use (i.e. you don't disengage if you use one)? Not a big deal and we did use them, but couldn't see any rule reference to half hexes. |

The rule of thumb we have always used is that half-hexes with numbers are valid hexes. Half-hexes with no numbers are not hexes.
But, the big thing is to just make sure everyone is on the same page. I don't think there is a hard-and-fast rule on that issue. _________________

Thanks for the response. We'll just know now to make a call up front Although both of us used them in this game in the end so it worked out well. |
