I've used Tamiya "Gundam Markers" a few times, but had bad luck with coverage/streaks/"brush-marks". I'm surprised that the WallGreens ones worked so well for you, but I'm glad they did. _________________

I used paint markers once to do a "snow tiger" camo scheme on a Lyran CA. It looked really good until I clear coated it. For whatever reason (and I can only assume it was the solvent in the aerosol clear coat), the black paint from the markers loosened up and bled into the adjacent white.
Never used paint markers again, although I'm glad they worked for you.
I wish I could remember the brand/color as it may have been limited to just that brand or that color. _________________ Commander, Battlegroup Murfreesboro

WOW - those are some really well painted miniatures.
I keep having a small crack show on mine that I have to fill. Where the Saucer meets the fuselage (not sure that is the right term).
