If you're going to draw parallels between SFU races and Earth history you don't need to limit yourself to the last century or two.

Personally, I fancy comparing the Klingons to Sparta during the Peloponnesian war, the Selts to the Babylonians hunting down and eradicating the Assyrians after 612BC and the Andromedans to Genghis Khan's Mongols, but hey, that's just me.

FEDERATION.
Sushi eating latte drinking Metro sexual preps. Can often be found hanging around starbucks or a golf course wearing dockers cargo pants, polo shirts, penny loafers and bragging about there BMW.

KLINGON.
Wariors of great prowess. Can often be found In front of biker bars sitting on there Harley clad in studded leather , sporting numerous tattoos, making out with Some feds wife.

KZINTI.
Slightly psychopathic. Can often be found curled up in some feds lap softly purring.

ROMULAN.
Paranoid, deceiving, sneaky and plotting. This is the kid in school that got bullied allot. Hes now in his 40s sitting in his trailer wearing lipstick and a filthy wife beater sleveless shirt. cleaning his Hunting rifle, plotting the demise of all the feds and Gorns that used to beat him up in school.

HYDRAN.
A Delicacy. But you have to boil all the methane out of them before you cook them or they explode.

LYRAN.
Master chefs. Expert in preparing Hydran flambe. Can often be found plotting the demise of that House cat curled up in that feds lap, or failing that, his own next door neighbor in the enemies blood clan.

GORN.
Huge slow and not to bright. Can often be found on the beach pumping Iron with his boyfriend. Played offensive line on his high school foot ball team. Now more then a little unstable due to heavy anabolic steroids abuse.

THOLIAN.
Paranoid schizophrenic. Can usually be found living in a home made dooms day bunker in Montana, wearing a tinfoil hat so that the government cant read his mind.

ISC.
Can often be seen riding around your home town with a friend on his bicycle wearing a white shirt, dress slacks and tie. Likes to knock on your door at 3 in the afternoon so he can talk about Jesus with you.

ORION.
Can often be found in a pawn shop with at least 3 knives hidden on his person, attempting to sell a car stereo he just ripped out of some feds BMW.

WYN.
A Japanese seafood delicacy. But be careful, they are poisonous and if not prepared properly can kill you.

SELTORIAN

That critter with six legs that your wife is screaming at the top of her lungs about as she chases it around the kitchen with a can of raid.

ANDROMEDAN
