Patrick Hill and I have started a 2nd Federation Commander Campagin, hoping a two player version will move faster.

We have done our initial fleet selection, the Romulans (me) have done their first turn build orders and have there first turn moves ready.

Here is a copy of the starting 2 player map:

After the initial move orders for turn 1 have been processed, we end up with the following map:



This does not include any retreats that may result from battles.

Interesting to note, the Gorns (Patrick) attacked the Major Planet to the south and the Minor Planet to the north, while the Romulan's (me) attacked the Major Planet to the north and the Minor Planet to the south. (The romulans attacked the Major Planet in the north in part to avoid the Gorn DN Dragon of Three Stars) that could not make it there in one turn.

The Gorns are using overwhelming force in its attacks (pratically guarenteeing victories), however while the Romulan attacks are smaller, it left them several ships free to "attack" some neutral hexes (which are worth 2BPV per turn each once captured).
