For that Klingon squadron box, are the ships more/less the same size as the other figs? (the box with the c8, c6, d7, d6, f5). Basically do the SFB and Federation Commander figs use the same scale? |

Yes, they use the same scale. In fact, they are the same ships!
A Squadron Box 2 has a C8, D7, D6 (really, a second D7), C7, and F5.
A Klingon Fleet Box 1 has a T6 replacing the C7. _________________ The Guy Who Designed Fed Commander

Steve, you might want to clarify that the T7 is a Tug, just for those that are unfamiliar with the nomenclature. _________________ Commander, Battlegroup Murfreesboro

For those of you unfamiliar with the Star Fleet Universe:
Tugs are used for high-speed movement of large amounts of military supplies and personnel. Tugs are converted from standard warships (except for the Federation tug). As such, they have very strong space frames, thick shields, and powerful warship engines. They are not as well armed as standard warships, but have much more weaponry and other systems than a freighter.
Tugs have not yet been introduced into Federation Commander. _________________ "Captain" Terry O'Carroll, fourteen papers published including six best of issue

Also is there a reason it's called Squadron Box#2? When there's no Squadron#1 apparent.
(Oh, maybe it's box#2 because the Feds have box#1
I thought tugs were also fairly well armed. I haven't really played SFB, but I bought some SSD books on the cheap and the Battle Tugs are like more than a CA with normally 50% more torps than the equivelant cruiser. I think the Fed battletug was 180points or so compared to ~125 for the CA. |

Squadron Box 1 is the feds.
We will probably do tugs someday, but not the carrier pods, scout pods, PFT pods, battle pods, and other stuff. Just standard cargo.
At least until I need another product to sell. _________________ The Guy Who Designed Fed Commander
