Are Andromedan Energy Modules considered "ships" for purposes of tournament ship selections (Minimum 3, maximum 4)? _________________ "Captain" Terry O'Carroll, fourteen papers published including six best of issue

They replace a satellite ship, so yes, they're a ship. What else would they be? _________________ The Guy Who Designed Fed Commander

Whilst I've assumed they count as 'ships' for tourney purposes, I have wondered about Terry's question as well. They are missing a couple of things that all 'ships' supposedly have, which does make them look like 'other units' or 'small units' or some as of yet defined term (module, blob, not-a-ship).
