Looks like an FC ship card that someone photocopied then added the charts to it --
Not an "Official SSD" --- |

No, it's official. It is a low toner card found in the Resources Section, Ship Cards.
Not sure which is right though the phaser 2 chart or the phaser 3s on the ship.
Upon further investigation, it appears that the phaser 3s are correct and the phaser 2 chart is incorrect. The ship card in resources without charts shows phaser 3 boxes. |

The ship in question should have Phaser 3s in those boxes.
My guess would be a cut-n paste error.
The ship in the SSD used as the basis for the design probably had Phaser-2s and no one noticed that the P-2 chart had not been replaced with a P-3 chart. _________________ Commander, Battlegroup Murfreesboro

Who's supposed to be looking out for things like that? _________________ Mike

There are about a dozen of us all told that check for these things... but every now and then something gets by. _________________ Commander, Battlegroup Murfreesboro

I've been prowling these sites for a few years and that is the first time I've ever seen an acknowledgment of that.
I think it would be very interesting and informative to the readers (say, in a closed read-only topic in the "about this board" section) if something was described about how things get done, posted, published, etc. And I don't mean the grand organizational chart over on the other forum. _________________ Mike

There are about as many ways things get done as there are things that get done. Some of the LT stuff is done by me, and some of it by Scott Johnson. Almost none of the Scott Johnson stuff is even checked. He sends in tons of stuff that just gets uploaded (and is not really official, it's just "something some nice guy who was trying his best did in a bid to help everyone"). The "procedure" there (it's never come up before, so I just invented one) is for you to send me an email which I forward to him, he then changes it and resends it. _________________ The Guy Who Designed Fed Commander
