1) Do ISC rear plasma have the same bolting arcs as launching arcs?

2) The ISC DD at fleet scale has RX plasma-F. I assume its bolting arc would be RH based on the bolting arc of a FX plasma being FH. This would be a little strange since its bolting arc would be more restrictive than the squadron scale ship.

3) For FX and RX launched plasma, where would the arrows (based on the diagrams in 4J1e) be placed to denote the initial direction of the launch?

1) Yes. The bolting arcs are either L+LR or R+RR.

2) Yes, it is a mirror of the FX/FH relationship.

3) The FX 'arrows' is exactly the same as for FP (through the #6, #1, or #2 shields). The RX 'arrows' is the mirror (through the #3, #4, or #5 shields).
