They're listed on the 2008 SITs but I'm not sure how they 'fit' into the Gorn carrier construction limits.

Are they all available as long as they fit into the overall Gorn carrier construction limits? i.e. Can I sub a CMV for a CM and convert an HD to a CMV once per year?

Is there any limit on converting my existing HVs to them?

Does the 442.7 Gorn logistics rule exclude building these more impressive carriers?
