Mike,
I am agnostic on this issue but I wanted to check to make sure the rules are written as intended.
I am working on the Nebula tactics article. I noticed that there is no restriction on using directed targetting in a nebula. Was that intentional or an oversight? I want to be sure because I am making the recomendation in the article that players make as much use of directed targeting as possible when fighting in a nebula. I simply want to be sure that there was no oversight.
Thanks,

It was not an oversight. You can still do directed targeting in a nebula. Maybe it *should* have been a restriction, but it isn't. _________________
