I could not agree more since I am in NZ and shipping stuff back to the States because somebody didn't think I'd notice horrific miscastings is pretty tiresome.
Do you think I'd get any action out of Mongoose customer service? |

It might take a few tries (in some cases), but yes, you would. More often they are very good about responding to issues.
ADB also ships from the US (obviously, since they're in Texas). However, they check every mini in every box, before they ship them out. Ideally, nothing should ever have to go back from an ADB order. _________________

IF Mongoose resolves this I will order my Gorn Fleet from ADB--even the $50 premium (over a discounter on eBay) is worth getting a perfect (ish) set the first time. |
