The best way to get in touch with Paul is probably through email, as I am not sure how much he reads this board.
On the other hand, I am also not sure how busy Paul is in real life. (Considering he has a family, a real job, and SFBOL/FCOL, probably very busy.) So, if you want the chance for a quick answer, this forum is probably a better bet.
And I doubt your questions here are really "annoying" anyone.
