While in the hanger of a mother ship are the energy module able to transfer energy stored in their panels during end of turn function to other mother ship andromedans panels and battery the same as other panels are able to do, except out into space as they are in the hanger. Also would they be able to do so at 4 energy per panel as if in space? |

No.
Rule (5V2a) says that Energy Modules operate like satellite ships in how energy is transferred to and from it. Rule (5V1a6) says that a satellite ship in a hangar cannot dissipate energy and can only move it around to batteries or other banks. The "batteries or other banks" in this case mean on the satellite ship itself, not other satellite ships or the mother ship. Since an Energy Module has only one bank and no batteries, any energy in an Energy Module can't go anywhere while in a hangar.
The only way for an Energy Module to get rid of any energy it contains is through dissipation in open space. _________________
