If you are referring to 'ship cards', several people have created versions for the original ACTASF. And the 'official' Mongoose versions can be found on Wargame vault: (or at least they used to be there!)

The same people are probably making versions for ACTASF 1.2, but those are for their own use.
ADB is in the process of completing the lay-out for the new, 'official' ship cards.
