What would be the SFB equivalent to the Klingon BoP?

Given how inconsistent Trek was with the BoP, which version are you trying to emulate?

If you mean the original BoP, as seen in ST:III ("about a dozen officers and men"-size), the closest analog is a the G-1 PF/gunboat. A fairly reasonable match in both complement, and firepower actually. Physically a smaller ship though, but not by a huge margin. [The G-1 is available as a prototype ship card, not officially published yet]

The G-2 police cutter is another option; bigger, with less bang, but more systems and an actual starship [rather than a short-ranged little terror that needs a tender to tote it around for any kind of strategic distance].

If you mean the re-use of the BoP filming model for various different sizes and classes of ship in later Trek incarnations, then it varies -

The big "K'Vort-class cruisers" from "Yesterday's Enterprise" would be a cruiser, possibly use a C-7 heavy battlecruiser, if you have K'Tinga type (D-7-looking) ships also in-play.

The "Bird of Prey" class ships as commanded by Martok in DS9 are smaller, but still much larger than the one in the original movie. Their size on-screen changed from one shot to the next, as did the firepower. The closest analogs would be the E-4 escort (if you're matching the smallest size shown) or the F-5 frigate (maybe the F5W or HF5 if you want to lean more to the capability it displayed), if you want it roughly the same size as Defiant.

I typed this out before but it is gone now.

The best STIII BoP is probably actually the E3 which is the naval version of the G2. The problem with the G1L is those whales. It is just smaller than E4 with almost the same armament. Just use the E4.

If you fudge in the Legendary Officer rules from SFB the movie cast could probably run anything up to say D7 size. Not easily but then they had problems running the Enterprise like this also.
