|
|
Either my search-fu is weak, or I'm the only one with this question.
I used the Hydrans for the first time this week, and I found the wording about how many times Fusion could be fired each turn confusing.
Is it each weapon can't fire more than once per turn, but after firing the weapon which fired must cool down for an entire turn? (Thus each Fusion weapon can be fired only once every other turn?)
This is how it seems in 4L1c, but then 4L2a seems to contradict this by saying "Fusion beams can be fired once (and only once) during each game turn." |

(4L1c) Firing Rate: Each fusion beam can fire once every second turn. (It must remain unarmed to _________________ Nothing is quite as persuasive as a disruptor pistol on slow burn and a rotisserie...... |

Not sure what happened to the rest of my post, but (4L1c) is clear that the fusion beam can fire once in a 2 turn period, using the turn after firing as its cooling down period. _________________ Nothing is quite as persuasive as a disruptor pistol on slow burn and a rotisserie...... |

Once every other turn. The "once and only once" is there to stop players trying to pay for two shots and use them. Technically it should say "firing turn". _________________ The Guy Who Designed Fed Commander
