Firing an axion torpedo only voids its own cloak if it is fired overloaded. If fired with normal loads, no voiding takes place at all.
In effect, the voiding takes place after the current direct-fire phase and lasts until the end of the next direct-fire phase. Technically, the act of firing the overloaded axion torpedo voids the cloak, but since all fire is simultaneous, it has no practical effect during that direct-fire phase. _________________
