Is there a time limit for this scenario? Maybe I overlooked it, but I didn't see a time limit in the scenario as published in the Hailing Frequencies as of 12-18-2022.

I did not create or review the scenario. So, I am making assumptions, but if I am wrong, I am sure Steve will correct me as needed.
No, it does not look like there is a time limit needed. Nothing is going to close the curtain, but there are limits to the supplies, marines, and weapons to deliver. This scenario can continue as long as there is at least one player still present.
And, while proving observations, I presume the fleet scale point limit is 125 for the Feds (same as the Polars), and 135 for the Klingons.
