|

New to the game.
SFB Cadet Training Handbook (TFG edition)
Pg. 24
(B3.0) ENERGY ALLOCATION
STEP 14 MOVEMENT: Speed cannot increase by more than
double the speed on the previous turn, or by more than 10,
whichever is greater.
Is Greater supposed to be Less? or, am I just reading this wrong?
If I moved 6 or more on the previous turn, I could only increase to 10 not 12, correct? |

You can move DOUBLE or INCREASE your speed by 10 which ever is greater.
So in your example you are doing speed 6 on Turn 2. Then on Turn 3 you can increase your speed to (6+10) for a Max Speed of 16. _________________ -Dal

Put a different way, your options are:
- Speeds 0 through 10: you may increase your speed by 10.
- Speeds 10 through 15: you may increase your speed by double.
- Speeds 16 and greater: you may choose any speed.
Examples:
- If your prior turns speed was 5, you may go up to speed 15.
- If your prior turns speed was 12, you may go up to speed 24.
- If your prior turns speed was 16, you may go up to speed 31.
EDIT: As an aside, when this discussion is done, I'm going to move it to the more appropriate SFB topic. _________________
