Greetings,
I just bought Gunboats Attack! and on page 8 under "More Gunboats" there is a listing of ships in Hailing Frequencies (HF). I have been able to find all of them except for the Federation Mustang (HF#178 which I think is Oct 2020). However, I have not been able to find the link to it.

Regardless, the Interceptors were just meant to be fun fodder for Hailing Frquency. I don't think there were any plans to formally publish them in a product. In the overall timeline, Interceptors were just a 1 or 2 year blip before the full introduction of PFs as the full form of the gunboat. They were only used for an extremely short time and were generally forgotten about. So you're not missing much with the Mustang.

I remember searching for the Federation Mustang in a game before, and it took me a while to figure out the exact location. It usually helps to check dedicated forums or watch gameplay videos for clues. If you enjoy hunting for hidden items, you might also like playing Geometry Dash. It’s a different genre, but it really sharpens your skills and patience, which can be handy in games with rare finds like this.
