Anyone know where the rules for granting cloaking devices to Klingon/Orion ships is located? I was given the rules for energy expenditure, but I'm not completely positive on the cost for adding it to a ship.

You didn't really need another thread for this same question - there's replies in your original thread.

sock was correct, it adds 20% to the point value of the ship. I don't have my rules with me so I can't quote the rule number.

The rules update in Briefing #1 adds a note for (5P3f) Orion rule that clarifies that the 20% increase in point value is for Orions, Romulan bases, or any other [non-Romulan] ship using a cloak.
