A question, if you would humour me: Are there any rules for having X-tech particle cannons for my tholian X-ships? (I know Seltorians never got X tech, but I've always liked the idea of the tholians keeping the particle cannon once they got here, just for a bit of variety amongst races, too many ...

Fury, what software did you use to create those? I've thought about tring to do stuiff like that, but I don't know what programs to get or where to begin.

3ds Max 9-32bit and Photoshop CS2, but the apps don't matter. Determination and skill do. I've been doing this for a while.

I haven't really thought about it, no.
My personal SFB/Star Trek timeline is a bit skewed compared to standard SFB, so a lot of the early ships wouldn't actually fit in very well.

The reason for my mistaken guess is that the "angle" on the wing seen with the hull lights led me to thing it had that single angle so the wing went way up the center nose. I didn't think of the second "angle" that cuts the wing back so much on the CA.

It's actually the CA... Turns out the ISC don't have a proper BCH, which I didn't know - that means the ship that I had intended to be the BCH is now the model for their CC variants >.<.

What my friend and I came up with was a pretty big departure from what you originally designed. Here's a top-down sketch he sent me, which I am going to use as a basis for the motif in 3D, just so you don't get too surprised when I model them out.
