I've been interested in this, but it would probably replace work I've already done. I painstakingly scanned my 1991 vintage rulebooks into a single PDF along these lines (and then reprinted it in a single 1" binder, four pages on a sheet- superportable). I'd buy it if it's enough of an improvement ...
