As I love GURPS Prime Directive a lot, anything that will be printed for it will be bought to supplement my own games. But I am but one man alas.

It's a shame there's no stuff from PD1. I own it and love it (in addition to GURPS: PD). A quick search seems to indicate PD1 articles are limited to issues CL 10-27 (and SSJ #1) with a couple issues with no PD articles...I could always go and pick ...

One think I forgot to add. It could be a good idea to take every issues (and the supplement) to check for PD articles...you list seems to be missing some issues (IIRC there's one in issue 12 too ...

That would be an awesome idea! I would definitively go for it...and I'm happy to see that there's stuff for the PD (1st ed)...which I'm assuming it's the Task Force RPG. Right?

With CL36 and CL28 on top of my master rulebook (which I only flipped through) I could get some info which would be a nice place to start. From there I could play a bit with the Early year SSD, I guess to give me something.

I could be blind, but looking at my Omega supplement, I don't seem to find anything about the Paravian (info or SSD) and I was wondering wherther they will come later or whether they have been covered in a Captain log or somewhere else.

In my case I usually follow this pattern with dealing with new games system.

1) Start small: Meaning a small group in a small environment and as the game progress the environment extendeds progressively. It allow the players to familiarize themselves with the setting.

I got mine from an OOP online store, there are usually pretty good and provide complete items (if not they mention it) but I wanted to double check.
