Different ships. For example, the Kzinti Combat Tug (card 185) squadron PV is 132 +10+10 according to the ship chart; the Battle Tug (card L443) is 230. All the battle tugs in the E-pack are from Captain's Log #44.

As ACTA:SF is a joint venture between Mongoose & ADB, is ADB allowed to sell the PDF of the rules on e23? Mongoose seem inclined to not release it.

Light Dreadnoughts don't count against the 200+ limit in the "rule of 10" for ships -- so what do they count as? A 1300-200 ship? Any ship? Not counted in ...

Great, thanks both of you. The master ship chart doesn't cover the late communiques, and I mostly ignore issues 59+ (switch to B&W ships) so that would explain not being able to find it!

So one of the ships there is the Heavy Command Cruiser -- is this ship available in FedComm?

Eric, if the cards are part of something we print such as Captain's Log or its supplement, then usually they will be in B&W.

All the other Captain's Log supplements (39,40,41,42) with FC ships had them in color, which is why i was so surprised to see them in B&W in #44. I'll be sure to ask in the ...
