Federation Commander

Sorry if I did not make it clear in the tutorials. It is pretty simple to it requires a few steps:

1) Start a new game by click "Game/Start New Game"
2) Select the type of game. (i.e. "Federation Commander" in this instance) and click "Ok"
3) Enter a room name.

The opponent will just need ...

Still trying to figure out how to make an invited second player an active participant before I put money down.
