Yes, blue is to show text that changed since last version.
ahh that makes more sense now.. And i assume all the extra underlining will go away.

I can see each first word being done that way. But the entire sentence makes no sense in doing and it looks terrible.

I was thinking perhaps it should be called Empire Connection. It sounds a lot more trekish than favor.

Also had some ideas on caveats to prevent abuse of this.

1. Can on be used once per Empire, per game.

2. Can only be used once, then you have return the favor before it can be used again.
