I'm not sure what you Googled, but the Federation heavy cruiser model for 1/7000-scale is 1.623 inch long.

Shapeways went bankrupt. Someone is trying to resurrect it but I think only in Europe. We are negotiating with a new provider but it will take two years to get the minis that sold significant quantities back on the market. I hope we have a few 7000s next month.
