Nice Kelvin err Dallas

Kind of a coincidence actually. Fed NCAs/NCCs are usually named after cities iirc so I was thinking about calling one the Dallas for a game. The uniform insignias would look like this: Image

I know, but the HDD is a pocket NCA it runs 32 power 8 P1, 2 P3 and two G rack. . I took on an F5&E4 in a battle today, kicked butt, I love it. Both the HDD's and DHD's are from CL33. So I said what the hell. My DMS version is called the CANE. I am also going to have to try the APD in a battle.

Personally, I envisioned the HDD as having a lower aft-hull, like the NCL -> NCA conversion.

I thought about that myself. The upper just made more sence, balance being the main reason. Plus there secondary warp engine. Built into the upper, makes sence for warp field balance. At least to me. I was going to make it smaller over all. Then I saw the DDV held 12 fighters. That is not a small area. And I had the secondary hulls to cut up.

As for the DHD I had the same problem, how big. It's DHV held 6 fighters. I considered putting old CL engine on top. I felt it should be internal like the CC. :D

i believe the HDD and DHD both use an FF engine, which I assumed to be on top. And, yeah, I would have liked to see the deck house to be a little larger. And not so blocky ... maybe a semi-circle or a sideways oval. But that's just me.

By the way, did you see the SSD that I drafted combining the HDD and DHD?

It will NEVER be a real ship, per discussion with Petrick. It's just too good. I'll clean it up and submit it for the Halloween Day Scary Ship contest.
