But what I mean is that the Qixa have special advantages when fighting within the Qixavalor Cloud (which has its own rules separate from those of 'normal' nebulae); for example, most of their weapons have modes which allow them to trigger the volatile gases in the Cloud, and increase the amount of damage they can inflict upon an intruding foe!
I don't know if the Nebuline have any other such optimised technologies for their in-Nebula ships; it would be interesting to learn more about them some day.

Below is a guide to the non-ISC/Andro/Vudar 1/2" ship counters included in FC: War & Peace.
The following ship counters were added to fill out exisiting non-Booster#0 laminated ship card manifest (because either (i) the counters were never previously issued for FC or (ii) not enough of them were previously issued for FC to match up with the number of laminated cards you end up with if you bought one copy of each FC product):
