On the BATS, I have long desired to do an improved card with matching fleet/squadron scales. And a couple "fixes". But for the weapons list, we are working on putting a master list for base weapons. Don't know where Steve will want to put it, but it is being worked on.
On the PCW, I have no idea what you are asking. The M81 PCW will look exactly like the published PCW. The only effective difference is that the PCW cannot use the snare function. But the ship card is identical.
